2 nights B&B in a double room, featuring a generous daily breakfast service with home baked traditional pastries and freshly brewed coffee. Transfers to and from the airport or train station are also provided.
On arrival, you will also enjoy a complimentary dinner on the first evening of your stay. This will be a chance to dine and drink with the locals at the best local pizzeria, complete with it’s wood burning ovens.
1 hands-on cookery lesson with renowned chef, Leonardo Grimaldi using organic, locally sourced ingredients. The lesson will be followed by a dinner to enjoy the fruits of your labour and will be served with Palazzo Tronconi’s own biodynamic wines. These experiences allow guests to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine, learning skills that they can take home with them and enjoy time and time again.
An introduction to biodynamic wine, including tastings and a visit to the winery and vineyard. The owner of the property will share with you the history of the estate and will explain how he produces his wonderful wine.
A choice of one of the following cultural and culinary day trips to be selected in advance. This include:
a) A visit to the world famous Montecassino Abbey, a site of great historic interest and beauty.
b) A trip to Sperlonga, an ancient fishing village enjoying stunning views over the sea and which is widely recognised as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy
c) A visit to an olive mill…. this is a unique opportunity to learn more about the production of Italian olive oil and the lifestyle it brings to those involved in its production, whilst exploring some of the smaller, less well known villages in this region of Italy
d) A visit to a Mozarella di Buffalo farm to learn how this most famous of cheeses is made and, of course, to enjoy the chance to taste some of this delicious produce!
e) A trip to the ancient town of Aragni to explore it’s fascinating streets and to enjoy lunch at our favourite restaurant.
