The whole of the upper floor of this Sicily vacation rental is surrounded by a balcony that, in turn, joins onto a large terrace. This space enjoys terrific views over the surrounding countryside towards the sea which is just a kilometre away.

Outside, the gardens at this Sicily vacation rental are perfectly tended. Palm trees, frangipani, prickly pears, along with a variety of succulents and aromatic plants fill the garden with beautiful aromas. There is a large lawned area at the end of the garden, beyond the terrace which is home to a private swimming pool.

A terrace adjacent to the house has been fully furnished so that guests can enjoy evenings in each other's company, dining al fresco using the BBQ provided.

This Sicily vacation rental is just 12 kilometres from Marsala. It is surrounded by vineyards and the location feels rural but you're just a short walk to amenities. The nearest beaches are just a kilometres away. You're also just a few kilometres from the ancient Greek city of Selinunte and the UNESCO World Heritage sites of Agrigento and Segesta. In addition, there are a number of nature reserves nearby and plenty of beautiful golden beaches along with the salt flats of Marsala and Trapani.
