Villa San Casciano is a fantastic Tuscany villa, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Typically Italian in style, it provides the perfect base for an authentic Italian holiday for groups of up to 15 guests. As well as plenty of space indoors, guests also enjoy use of a private gym and swimming pool.

The accommodation at Villa San Casciano is laid out within two separate buildings - a main villa and a small cottage that sits within the garden. The main villa can sleep up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms and with an extra sofa bed, whilst the cottage can sleep up to three guests in 1 double bedroom and with a sofa bed.

The main villa has two floors. On the ground floor, there is a large dining room with doors leading directly out into the garden. For those staying in the Winter months, there is a fireplace here, which creates a fantastic ambience during evening dinners. There are two kitchens and a number of living rooms, ideal for watching TV, chatting, playing games or just relaxing with a good book. There is also a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the ground floor.

Upstairs at Villa San Casciano, there are four further double bedrooms. One of these rooms can be prepared with two single beds if guests prefer. Each of these bedrooms has its own bathroom and all these rooms face into a large living area with focal fireplace. It's a great area to relax in or for catching up on a bit of work. This floor is also fully air conditioned.

The cottage at Villa San Casciano is home to a lovely open plan living, dining and kitchen area. High ceilings give a real feeling of space. The bedroom sits above this room and overlooks the living room below. There is also a shower room on the ground floor. The cottage can sleep up to 3 guests in total as there is also a sofa bed.

The furnishings throughout are a classic, rustic style in keeping with the age and location of the villa.

Outside, Villa San Casciano is surrounded by a traditional Italian garden, filled with fruit trees, mature shrubs and even boasting a superb vegetable garden. There is a private swimming pool for guests to enjoy which sits on the terrace below the villa. This ensures that it enjoys an unobstructed view over the surrounding Tuscan hills, making it the perfect spot to watch the sun set each evening. Attached to the main pool, there is also a heated hydromassage pool.

A terrace is furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining and there is a BBQ and pizza oven for guests to enjoy. For those looking for added entertainment, there is a table tennis table and some mountain bikes are also provided for guests to use.

Between the main villa and the pool, there is also a wellness area. This sits underground ensuring it stays nice and cool even in the middle of the day. A gym here opens out on to the pool area, so that guests can get into shape whilst taking in the view! There is also a changing room here along with a shower and bathroom.

The villa is perfectly places for exploring all that Tuscany has to offer including Florence, San Gimignano.

Please note that the pool is open from May to September each year.

Some extra services are included for guests staying at Villa San Casciano. A daily cleaning service of 5 hours per day is provided every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Guests will also be treated to a complimentary welcome dinner on arrival so that you can sit back and relax as soon as you get to the house.

There are a few extra charges for those staying at Villa San Casciano. Electricity and air conditioning are paid for on departure based on consumption as is heating when applicable. A local tax of 2 euros per person per day also applies and must be paid for locally in cash on arrival. Please note that this applies to those aged 14 and over only.
