The main accommodation is split across three apartments, each with its own charm and personality:

Apartment Terazza has 2 double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, and sleeps up to 4 guests. It is situated on the first floor of the this Polignano masseria. It also boasts a living area and fully equipped kitchen which leads out on to a magnificent private roof terrace.

Apartment Gelso also has two charming bedrooms, again with their own bathroom. One has a double bed and the other has two single beds. It also boasts a fully equipped kitchen and living area.

Finally, Apartment Agrumi also has two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and each with direct access to the garden. Please note that the ensuite bathroom for the second bedroom is equipped with just WC, bidet and sink whilst the second bathroom also has a shower. Both bedrooms feel rather luxurious. One has a four poster bed whilst the other has a kingsize bed. Both have TVs. There is also a living room and a contemporary, fully equipped kitchen and dining area in the apartment. The kitchen is an amazing space with long contemporary central island over which modern lighting hangs down from an antique ladder. Overall, the style is an eclectic mix of old and new. This fusion of styles works incredibly well and creates an absolutely unique space. This apartment is on the ground floor of the masseria.

There are then a number of suites within the grounds of this Polignano masseria. The Lavender suite is elegant and refined in its decor and has a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchenette. The Almond Tree suite is charming and intimate and is similar in size to the Lavender suite. It also has a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchenettennOutside, there is a beautiful outdoor pool area at this Polignano masseria surrounded by a terrace and lush green lawns. The swimming pool measures 15 x 9 metres. There is also a smaller mini pool measuring 10 x 8 metres set to the other side of the main masseria. And, finally there is a mini hydromassage pool measuring 2.5 metres by 2.5 metres.

This Polignano masseria is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards and enjoys breathtaking views. With the grounds, mature olive trees which are lit at night add atmosphere and additional beauty to the space. And the owners have not forgotten the design of the exterior either. Large amphorae and old farm tools are placed to add even more charm and beauty to the space.

A large outdoor dining area is perfect for those looking to eat al fresco.

The nearest restaurant is just 3 km drive away and the nearest beaches just 6 km away. Polignano al Mare is a lovely base for your holiday in Puglia, boasting some excellent Blue Flag beaches as well as a host of wonderful restaurants, many of which specialise, perhaps not surprisingly, in the superb seafood that the coastline in Puglia offers.
