I would say the place is really good and exceeded expectations – well maintained gardens and lovely swimming pools. There were plenty of places to sit so we didn’t need to fight for sunloungers and breakfast was really good – a great buffet. Also top marks for there being a playground on site. The staff were very friendly and helpful – the only exception was when our friends came to visit us (as arranged) when the Receptionist tried to charge us extra money. I think the message you had sent to negotiate this hadn’t made it through to the person on the front desk, hence she didn’t know we had pre-arranged it. Once she accepted this was the case, it was fine! And actually our friends only came twice over the fortnight in the end. It was just a bit of a shame that a bit of a fuss was made…. In terms of your service, would definitely use your website again! if you have any other recommendations (We fancy trying a different part of Italy next time)… I would be interested in your thoughts for summer 2014….
