There is also a dining table for six here. A larger terrace is positioned to the side of the villa. This is an enormous space and home to an old wagon as well as a second outdoor dining table that can seat up to 10 guests and a comfortable corner sofa. An outdoor kitchen is home to both a BBQ and pizza oven. The pool area is situated to the rear of the property and is enclosed within walls offering absolute privacy. It is a super stylish space, combining the charm of a bygone era with contemporary four poster style double sun beds. For those wishing to hold an event at the property, this is a great entertaining space too with a covered pergola providing shade and plenty of outdoor sofas and chairs. There is also an outdoor shower.

The interior of the property is just as delightful with vaulted ceilings and flagstone flooring throughout. As you go into the house, you come into a kitchen and dining area. This is a great space with lots of character and furnished with style, care and attention to detail. The original features of the property including the old well have been carefully preserved whilst old church confessional boxes now hide the modern fridge / freezer. Carefully sourced antiques such as an old weighing scale add even more character to the room. A dining table seats six.

A separate living area to the left of the kitchen and dining area has been furnished with sofas and armchairs arranged around a focal fireplace. There is a sofa bed sleeping two here should guests need it. Again, there is enormous attention to detail. Lights on the wall echo the 'luminari' holidaymakers will see throughout Puglia's towns in the Summer months and old farmhouse equipment has been displayed on the walls.

A bathroom leads off this room. This is yet another beautiful space with bespoke mosaic tiling in the shower and stunning old sink.

A small but charming twin bedroom also leads from the living room whilst just to the right of the living room is a beautiful double bedroom. It's a stylish room offering the most relaxing of spaces in which to enjoy a good night's sleep.
