The living area has two 3 seater sofas arranged around an open fireplace as well as French windows leading out to the garden and outdoor eating area situated under the shade of a beautiful oak tree.

The living area leads through to a cosy TV room equipped with DVD player and Dolby Surround Sound and through again to a larger dining area with central wooden table and cream chairs. This is a great space to eat together inside. Also on the ground floor is a shower room and WC as well as a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and butler's sink.

In addition, a round table with 5 chairs is situated outside the kitchen on a gravel terrace backing onto the chapel apse. This is a perfect spot for breakfast or a mid morning coffee.
