The cottage has its own private patio and garden but guests also have full use of the surrounding lawns and gardens which are immaculately kept by the owners who live on site. During the Spring and Summer the gardens are filled with lemon trees, English roses and a variety of other plants. Alongside the beautiful flowers, there is a fantastic organic vegetable garden and guests are invited to help themselves to any produce they need during their stay.

The shared infinity swimming pool measures 14 x 6 metres and the adjacent jacuzzi has stunning views over the countryside. Outside, there is also a bread oven and BBQ perfect for those who enjoy al fresco dining.

This Umbria 1 bedroom villa is fully furnished and decorated with tasteful Umbrian touches. It has a large living room with SKY satellite TV and WIFI access, a well equipped kitchen corner and fireplace, plus a large bedroom with king-size bed and a comfortable, modern bathroom with shower. Linens, pool towels, hair dryer, kettle, cooking pots and pans, dish washer, microwave oven, CD player, washing machine, mobile phone are all provided to ensure guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Guests staying at this Umbria 1 bedroom villa receive a very personal level of care and attention from the owners who live in an old stone farmhouse on site. Guests are welcome to have morning coffee in the farmhouse each day at no additional cost.

The owners are also more than happy to show guests around the old wine cellar. The cellar contains more than 2000 bottles of carefully chosen wines and champagnes. Wine tastings can be arranged in the cellar. Alternatively, guided tours of wineries in Tuscany and Umbria can also be organised.

They can also provide an olive oil tasting session with a variety of olive oils, including their own organic extra virgin olive oil, which will help you to better understand the different flavour characteristics and how these are compatible to different foods.

In addition, the owner also runs cookery lessons, showing guests how to prepare a typical Umbrian meal using their organic produce, fresh from the garden. Please ask for more details on any of these experiences.

The Umbria 1 bedroom villa is located one kilometre from the walled village of Paciano, a perfectly restored 13th century medieval village located in a peaceful and scenic location. The views from the villas are incredible - Lake Trasimeno, the lights of Chiusi, Montepulciano and Cortona can all be seen in the distance.
