Guests enter the property into a hallway area. To the right of this is a kitchen, equipped with 2 ring hob, sink, fridge, combi grill and microwave, toaster and kettle. A door leads from here to a private balcony area with stunning views across Monaco to the sea. It's a great place to sit and watch the yachts and cruise liners come into port or to enjoy a pre dinner aperitif or spot of breakfast.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a living area furnished with turquoise sofa and bright cushions, giving a warm and welcoming feel. There is also a dining table seating 4 as well as a coffee table. A TV unit on the opposite wall has a large flatscreen TV.

On the other side of the hallway are two bedrooms, both with double beds. The first has doors leading out to a second balcony area with views of the nearby cliffs. The bedrooms share a bathroom with bath and overhead shower. There is a separate WC. Please note that, if required, there is an extra fold out single bed that guests can use allowing the property to accommodate up to 5 guests in total.

It's a great area from which to enjoy the best that Monaco has to offer. The number 1 bus leaves every 10-15 minutes from just outside the property taking you to the heart of Monaco. Alternatively, you can take the internal elevator in the apartment building down to level -3 and from here it's just 50 steps into Casino Square. You can even use the public elevator to get to the beach on foot in just 5 minutes.
