The twin bedroom is smaller but is still a comfortable size. Both bedrooms are away from the road leading to the property ensuring they are lovely and quiet at night. It also has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. This is a lovely room decorated in various grey tones. Grey linen drapes on the windows tie in with the grey tiles on the wall in the kitchen which is well equipped with combi grill and microwave, fridge, hob and sink. There is a grey sofa and two comfortable chairs as well as a more formal table for dining. The property has a TV, DVD player and iPod docking station for those who like to listen to music or watch films during their visit. Doors from this room lead to a small terrace with table and chairs. There is also bathroom with sink, toilet and bath with overhead shower.
There is a communal laundry room within the apartment which guests are welcome to use. This is on a different level to the apartment and takes a few minutes to reach but does have excellent quality washing machines.
The property is located at the end of an avenue, famed for it's beautiful Baroque architecture and lined with cafes, shops and daily market. A private residence lift descends 9 floors below ground level to allow guests to easily go on foot to the Monaco beach, Monte Carlo Casino and Harbour.
For those looking for fine dining during their stay, Michelin starred Alan Ducasse' Louis IX is a ten minute walk away or Le note Bleue on the beach is also within walking distance and serves excellent Asian fusion cuisine. For those looking to eat in, there is a convenience store about 300 metres from the apartment and there is a fantastic daily market in Beausoleil village approximately 600 metres away. The village also boasts a bakery and supermarket.
