Le Monachetto is a stylish, upmarket residence. Designed by an Italian firm, the communal area decor oozes quality. This apartment is on the 5th floor of the residence, accessed via a lift.

Inside, guests enter into a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The corner kitchen area is small but is equipped with hob, combi microwave and grill, dishwasher, fridge and kettle. The living area is stylish and furnished in contrasting shades of blue and white. There is a white sofa bed which sits opposite a TV unit housing a TV and DVD player. A glass table and chairs seats four. An exposed brick wall provides interest in the room and doors lead out to the garden.

A door leads off this area to a small bedroom. This has drop down bunk beds which can either be left down or cleverly stowed away during the day. This room enjoys a small ensuite shower room with shower and sink. There is a separate WC in the apartment. The master bedroom is along the hallway from the living area. This is a lovely double bedroom with large white double bed and plenty of built-in storage. This room has a large ensuite bathroom with shower and sink. It also has doors leading directly out into the garden.

The garden is a lovely area. The owners have decked the entire area to provide a large area in which to relax or enjoy the company of friends or family. A large BBQ is provided for guests to use.

Outside, guests also enjoy use of the communal pool. This is a fantastic area, perfect to enjoy lazy days in the sunshine if you fancy a break from the hectic pace of Monaco! There are also toilets and showers here that you are welcome to use.

Please note that all rooms have electric shutters. There is also parking at the property.

A bus stops outside the property taking you to Casino Square in Monaco. Alternatively, the walk down to the port at Monaco takes about 20 minutes. Please note though that the walk back is steep and we do recommend using public transport or jumping in a taxi to come back up again.
