There is also a family bathroom and cloakroom. The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and sink.

The property also boasts a spacious open plan living and dining area with sumptuous cream Italian leather sofa and pony skin lounger. Cow hide rugs cover the tiled floor creating a warm and inviting space. It's also a relaxing, comfortable space, perfect for those looking for some nights in with friends and family. For movie lovers, there is a TV with SKY as well as a DVD player. This area also has a large dining table with seats for 6. A well equipped kitchen provides food lovers everything they could need to prepare meals including a large American style fridge / freezer with ice machine and cold filtered water, an electric hob, grill, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The property is air conditioned throughout. Much of it has an 'African' theme, from the black and white double bedroom reminiscent of zebra stripes to the large giraffe and tiger prints that adorn the living room walls.

Due to the location of the property, there is no need to bring a car however there is free, secure car parking available if needed. For those who don't want to bring a car but prefer not to be on foot, the number 12 bus stops outside the apartment and can takes you all around Beausoleil and Monaco. At Casino Square you can then change buses if you need to reach the airport, Menton, Nice or other nearby popular destinations. And, of course, the train will also take you right along this beautiful coastline.
