As you enter this Puglia masseria, you come into a spacious living area. Large sofas positioned in the centre of the room offer a comfortable and relaxing place to sit either enjoying the company of friends, watching TV or playing on the Playstation 5. To the right of this room is a stylish, contemporary kitchen. Doors lead from here to a terrace that runs alongside the length of the building.

Straight ahead from the living area is a dining area furnished with large table and chairs. A double bedroom sits to the right hand side of this room, along with its ensuite bathroom. An art installation entitled u2018The Cloud' occupies a prominent position. Doors lead from here to the terrace.

The second bedroom sits to the other side of the dining room. This bedroom certainly has the wow factor. A four poster bed ensures guests enjoy a good night's sleep. The ensuite bathroom is accessed via a walk-through wardrobe area.

An external door to the rear of this Puglia masseria provides access to the third bedroom. This can best described as an apartment in itself or an extremely large bedroom suite. Guests have their own living, dining and kitchen area along with a bedroom and bathroom.

Another external door leads to a small lower ground area. Here you will find a shower and sauna.

A set of exterior steps takes guests to the roof of this Puglia masseria. Here you will find a rooftop jacuzzi, built in sunken seating area and a covered area with loungers.

The final bedroom suite is accessed from this roof terrace. Once again, this is really an apartment with open plan kitchen, dining and living room, double bedroom and bathroom.

Even outside, guests will find some incredible artworks at this Puglia masseria. These include a stone artwork entitled u2018God' and two unique, larger than life ceramic figures representing traditional male and female masseria owners. These have been stylishly made into outdoor lights.

This Puglia masseria is situated just a 3 minute drive from Puglia's idyllic beaches. It overlooks vineyards and is within easy reach of some excellent Puglian wineries. The house is set near Maruggio, in the west of the Puglia region. This is very much an undiscovered part of Puglia. However, you're still close enough to some of Puglia's more well known towns such as Lecce, Martina Franca, Alberobello and Cisternino to explore Puglia to the full.
