This modern 2 bedroom apartment is located on the shores of Lake Maggiore. The apartment is well equipped and guests enjoy use of a superb swimming pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by stylish teak decking and luxury loungers. There is also a restaurant on site as well as a bar and cafe. The property is also within walking distance of a number of more traditional eating establishments. There is also a beach just a few yards from the property, where guests can hire water sports equipment.
The apartment itself is furnished in a modern and contemporary style and is located on the second floor of the building. It has 2 bedrooms, one double and one which can be arranged as either a twin or double room. There are also two bathrooms, both with sink, bidet and toilet. One also has a shower whilst the other has a bath tub. Finally, there is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a dining table seating four. The apartment has a long private terrace with lake views. There is outdoor seating to allow you to sit outside and enjoy an aperitif before heading to one of the local restaurants for dinner!
Maccagno is a popular lakeside town boasting a number of restaurants, bars and cafes all within walking distance of the apartment. The nearest restaurant is on site (offering breakfast, lunch and dinner) whilst the second closest is just a few metres in the other direction. There is also a helpful tourist information office within the town if you need any information about what to see and do in the area. It is situated just across from a lakeside pebbled and grassed beach area which is popular with the locals. The lake is wonderful to swim in.

This resort is one of the most popular lakeside resorts on Lake Maggiore. Most apartments here have bathrooms with showers only but this apartment boasts a lovely roll top bath and so is particularly popular with families with young children who appreciate the tub at bath time!

The flat was lovely and we loved the pool. We didn`t relay go anywhere but stay around the pool and look at the village as most of the time the weather was nice unlike Como. We liked the concert hall down the road and saw two free concerts there and also enjoyed an art exhibition in the municipal building in Maccagno. We also loved having a great supermarket very near. Overall we had a lovely time thanks very much. One suggestion is that you need a bin in the kitchen and we also found that one washing machine for the building was not enough, it was very hard to get to use it. The staff there are also very kind and helpful. Thanks again.
