Villa Collina is a stylish, 5 bedroom detached Italian Lakes villa, comfortably sleeping up to 16 guests and enjoying a lovely private pool and garden. It is the perfect setting for a family get together or celebration or even an intimate parties or wedding.

Inside, this Italian Lakes villa is laid out over 3 levels. A spacious living area is furnished with neutral coloured sofas arranged around a focal fireplace. A mezzanine level above is home to a cosy TV area, equipped with four blue armchairs and contrasting cream sofa with blue cushions. SKY TV is provided for your enjoyment. Also on this floor is a large kitchen. This is fully equipped for budding cooks and is the perfect working space for professional chefs should you wish to enjoy some private catering during your stay. The stylish chequered grey and cream marble floor matches the cream units and granite worktops. A large dining table seats up to 10 comfortably and there is also an additional dining table within a separate dining room. The house also boasts a wine room.

There are 3 spacious double bedrooms all with kingsize beds. The largest of these is the master bedroom which also boasts an ensuite bathroom. There is also fourth bedroom which can be made up as either another double room or a twin room, as well as a fifth bedroom which has 2 single beds, both with pull out beds underneath so that this room can sleep up to 4 guests in total. These four bedrooms share 3 fully family bathrooms and an additional shower room. A jacuzzi bath tub provides the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing soak after a day spent sightseeing or shopping in Milan! All bedrooms are large and additional beds can be provided if required to extend the sleeping capacity of the property.

For those staying in the Winter months at this Italian Lakes villa, the property has underfloor heating throughout as well as a fireplace, whilst for those staying in the hotter Summer months, the house is fully air conditioned.

Outside, this Italian Lakes villa is set at the end of a long driveway behind secure metal entrance gates ensuring absolute privacy. There is a large swimming pool and outdoor shower. For those with small children, this is gated to give you added peace of mind. The pool can be heated on request for an additional charge of 50 euros per day and is open from 1 May to 30 September each year. Please ask for more details. Sun loungers are provided for those that wish to sunbathe or lie by the pool and read a book. For those that enjoy eating al fresco, there is a fabulous covered dining area with long dining table as well as plenty of other seating areas within the garden for those looking for a bit of peace and quiet away from the rest of the group. An outdoor fire pit allows people to sit around and enjoy each other's company into the early hours.

Please note that guests staying for a week or more will enjoy a complimentary cleaning service mid way through their stay. Additional housekeeping can be arranged on request and is payable locally on a rate of 22 euros per hour. There is parking for up to 4 cars.

The villa is in a quiet setting but the nearest restaurant is just a 5 minute walk away and the centre of Besozzo is just 8 minutes drive. The UNESCO heritage site of Santa Caterina del Sasso, the lakeside resort towns of Ispra and Laveno are within a 10 minute drive. Both Ispra and Laveno have a wide selection of shops and restaurants. Laveno also has excellent train links to Central Milan and a car ferry will take you from here to Intra on the other side of the lake. Ispra is home to the DK Summer Club which offers a host of outdoor activities to enjoy from wakeboarding to hoverboarding, kayaking to tennis and from bocce to flyboarding. For golf enthusiasts, the nearest golf course is 5 minutes away. There is a horse riding centre within a 10 minute drive. A language school is 7 minutes away and there is also a children's Summer Camp and Afternoon School within easy reach. Other local Lake Maggiore highlights include the Rocca di Angera castle, the Borromean Islands and the resort towns of Intra, Stresa, Arona and Pallanza.
