Villa Lesa is a beautiful 2 bedroom in the charming lakeside village of Lesa on Lake Maggiore. It occupies one wing of a large country house and is set in mature gardens, a small part of which guests are welcome to enjoy. Villa Lesa guests also enjoy the privacy of their own private roof terrace, furnished with outdoor table and chairs as well as sun loungers for relaxing days in the sun. However, should guests prefer, it's less than a minutes walk to the nearby beaches.

Guests entering Villa Lesa will discover a beautifully furnished open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The cream coloured kitchen is sleek and contemporary. It is also well equipped and has both bar style seating and a kitchen table seating four. A comfortable corner sofa is arranged in the other part of the room. This is furnished with floral cushions that coordinate with the gardens behind. The views of these gardens from this room is terrific thanks to the floor to ceiling dual aspect windows. This really is a delightful room for entertaining and for relaxing whilst enjoying the company of friends and family.

Upstairs in Villa Lesa, there are two bedrooms. Both rooms are furnished with double beds. Both bedrooms are immaculately presented and offer guests a good nights sleep. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower. There is also a second bathroom with shower on the ground floor. Both bedroom windows are fitted with mosquito screens so that guests can enjoy the wonderful breeze that comes off the lake at night.

Please note that there is also a basement area in Villa Lesa. Here guests will find a washing machine should they need one.

Villa Lesa boasts a large private rooftop terrace equipped with dining table and chairs as well as loungers. There is also an outdoor shower here to cool off in and a parasol to provide shade. The house is also set in mature gardens. Please be aware that the garden is shared with the residents in the adjacent property. This does mean that large parts of the garden are not available for guests use to ensure that everyone can enjoy privacy. Whilst guests are welcome to access a part of the garden, there is no area where guests can sit in the garden. Of course, the private roof terrace more than makes up for this.

Please note that there are some extra charges for heating when applicable. This is charged at 0.85 euros per SMC. The meter will be read at the start and end of the stay. Guests will then be required to pay the charges for the gas central heating in cash on departure.

Villa Lesa is located in the heart of this lakeside village. It is within a few metres walk of the lakeside and within easy access of a number of restaurants and village shops. It's a 5 minute walk to restaurants and 15 minutes on foot to the nearest supermarket. It is the perfect location if you want to park your car up for the week and explore on foot! And, of course, the public boat network can be used to take you to all the other towns and villages on the lake too.

Head out the garden gate at Villa Lesa and you'll find a public beach. There are two additional beaches a little further along the shoreline. One of these is sandy and has sun loungers available to hire along with a bar where you can enjoy drinks. Not only that but you'll find a full size swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas along with snack bar within the tennis club which is just a few minutes away on foot. Entry is possible for a small fee.
