Villa le Selve is a luxury Lake Garda villa. This 3 bedroom Italian Lakes villa in is in a peaceful location, surrounded by green hills and overlooking the lake and quaint village of Gaino. It's also well positioned for those who wish to enjoy some sightseeing during their stay.
This luxury Lake Garda villa was renovated in 2008 to create a spacious, contemporary villa providing the perfect accommodation solution for couples, families or group of friends. Inside, there is a spacious living area, a dining room and kitchen, all located within an elegant iron and glass orangery. This contemporary but classic structure intentionally faces the lake to make the most of the wonderful views and to ensure that the room benefits from the spectacular changes in light that the lake creates. It is the perfect setting to enjoy the company of your friends and family.
Upstairs there are three master bedroom suites in this luxury Lake Garda villa. Each boasts a large ensuite bathroom with both shower and bath tub, offering visitors the ultimate in indulgence and relaxation. Every room has been finished to an extremely high standard and personalised to give it a unique character and style. An additional single bed can be put in two of the three suites allowing the property to sleep up to 8 guests in total.
Also inside, overlooking the gardens towards the lake is a wellness area. Here you will find a large whirlpool tub where you can immerse yourself in a revitalising bath, as well as enjoy the Finnish sauna, large shower and a relaxation area with comfortable beds.
Outside, this luxury Lake Garda villa is just as impressive. Besides the large infinity pool sterilised by a natural salt-based treatment, the external area offers a large whirlpool tub set in the stone wall and an area around the pool equipped with deck chairs and tables for outdoor dining. All this is perfectly framed by beautifully scented flowerbeds and the extensive olive groves. On request the main pool can be heated to enjoy the outside environment in all seasons and to appreciate the natural environment and the different colours in different seasons.
The property is located in an ideal position for those who do want to enjoy some sightseeing during their stay, within a few kilometres of the Gardone Riviera. The latter is host to the Vittoriale degli italiani, the historic home and museum of the poet and writer Gabriele D'Annunzio. Its outdoor theatre offers a rich programme of performances during the summer season.
Also nearby is Brescia, which offers many artistic and cultural events throughout the year. Every year the Santa Giulia Museum has interesting exhibitions, and in May each year the Mille Miglia, a historic race for vintage cars, takes place. Verona, the city famous for its lovers Romeo and Juliet, is also on this Eastern side of the lake.
For sports lovers, there is the golf course Bogliaco nearby whilst, for those who love sailing and boats, there is the sailing centre of Gargnano, famous for the Centomiglia boat race. It's also the perfect environment for nature lovers. The nearby woods are perfect for long walks and picnics, the mountain is ideal for trekking and climbing and the hills trails are suitable for horse riding or mountain biking. For the more adventurous, there are even opportunities to enjoy paragliding and hang gliding from the hills or wind and kite surfing on the nearby shores of the lake.

We had a great vacation in villa Selve!
A beautifull view, nice rooms and bathrooms!
Luis , the conciërge, did a wandefull job.
The only negative, for some less mobile people, there are a lot off stairs you have to do in the villa .
If I need a villa next time, i will surely book it here!
