On the ground floor of this Marche villa rental is a large entrance hall which leads through to a spacious living area. This is sumptuously furnished with large comfortable sofas arranged around a focal fireplace equipped with cosy wood burning stove. Large windows let in plenty of light and doors open onto the garden and lawns.

The living room is adjacent to the dining room with large dining table seating up to 15 guests. An alcove provides the perfect spot for a mini bar. This is a great entertaining space for those nights when you would prefer to eat indoors than under the outdoor loggia.

From here you reach the kitchen of this Marche villa rental. Here, old world charm sits side by side with modern conveniences. It is well equipped with five ring gas stove, a large oven, full size refrigerator, farmhouse sink, prep sink and dishwasher, all ensuring that cooking here becomes effortless! There is a dining table and central island, perfect for a spot of breakfast or an informal gathering whilst someone prepares dinner! A butlers pantry sits adjacent to this room and has an additional refrigerator along with a washing machine.

Large wooden doors open from the kitchen to the loggia where there is an outdoor table and chairs, prefect for al fresco dining.

All the bedrooms in this Marche villa rental are inspired by the villa's beautiful gardens and named accordingly. The first of the six bedrooms (named 'terra' meaning 'earth') can be found on the ground floor of the house, accessed through a private entrance leading from the main hallway. It's a stunning room with canopied double bed and boasting an ensuite bathroom with claw foot free standing bath tub, separate shower, toilet and bidet. Doors lead from the bedroom to a private terrace. There is also another separate WC on this floor.

The remaining five bedrooms are all on the first floor of this Marche villa rental. The master bedroom (fico / fig) is furnished with a queen size bed and has large built in wardrobes providing plenty of storage. It enjoys stunning views over the gardens to Monterubbiano in the distance. It also boasts an ensuite bathroom with free standing bath, separate shower, WC and bidet.

Two of the remaining bedrooms also boast ensuite bathrooms whilst the other two bedrooms (limone / lemon and cipresso / cypress) share a bathroom between them. This bathroom is generous in size and again has both a bath tub and separate shower. 'Cipresso' is furnished with both a queen bed and single bed and enjoys delightful garden views whilst 'Limone' has a queen bed and enjoys views of the olive groves and surrounding countryside.

The next bedroom is called 'Oliva' (olive) and overlooks the front courtyard and rolling countryside towards Rubbianello. It has a queen sized bed and ensuite shower room.

Finally, 'Lavanda' (lavendar) has two single beds as well as a set of bunk beds and can accommodate up to four comfortably. It also has an ensuite with shower.

The first floor of this Marche villa rental is also home to another area where guests can relax with a good book, keeping warm by the wood burning stove.

Outside, the property is set in idyllic private gardens which are home to a large swimming pool. The private salt water swimming pool is 1.8 metres deep through and has an integral 'bar' where you can comfortably sit sipping a glass of wine and gazing at the incredible views that surround you. Plenty of loungers are provided around the pool for lazy days in the sun.

The gardens are just waiting to be explored, filled with an abundance of fig, quince, persimmon, crabapple and olive trees and fragranced with the delightful aroma of lavender and rosemary.

This Marche villa rental is perfectly placed to explore the very best that Le Marche has to offer. There are an abundance of historically significant towns to visit including Urbino, Macerata and Ascoli Piceno as well as Fermo, Monterubbiano and Torre di Palme. The nearest town is Rubbianello just down the hill. There is a small supermarket here along with a pizzeria, gelateria, cafes and wine bars.

Alternatively, if you fancy spending a day at the beach, then there are several beaches close to the house. Of note within a 10-15 minute drive are those at Porto San Giorgio, Grottomare, San Benedetto del Tronto and Pedaso. Or, a little further away are the beaches at Senigallia and Portonovo, both of which also have excellent beachside restaurants.

The nearest restaurant is 1.5 km from the villa but there are plenty within easy driving distance and we'd be happy to provide recommendations.

Otherwise, this is also the perfect place to stay in Marche if you're into shopping. Marche is famous for the manufacture of designer brands and both Prada and Tod's have outlets within a 30 minute drive. Or, if antiques are more your thing, then head to Il Tarlo where you'll find three floors of antiques to tempt you! nnAnd walkers and hiking enthusiasts will love it here too, with plenty of trails to be enjoyed in the Sibillini mountains.
