The 'Ladder' is a charming trullo in Puglia. Set on an estate set behind metal entrance gates, it shares communal facilities including a BBQ area and swimming pool with the guests in the five other properties on site.

This is a charming trullo, boasting two bedrooms, a country style kitchen and bathroom. Its exposed stone walls ooze character. The kitchen is small but equipped with dining table seating four, a fridge, oven and hob. This room leads through to a double bedroom with 2 sets of wardrobes provding plenty of storage. There is a second bedroom with both double bed and two single beds. If guests require, 2 additional single beds can also be placed in the living room. The latter already has 2 sofas arranged at right angles to each other and opposite a TV. Both bathrooms have showers.

Outside, guests have a private terrace but there are also plenty of communal areas to enjoy including a pizza and BBQ area. There is also plenty of seating here should guests wish to dine in the company of others staying on the estate. There is also a large communal pool. It's a great option for those guests who wish to have some peace and quiet but equally enjoying socialising with others. It's also a great option for families whose children perhaps like to make new friends when on holiday.
