This is a stunning four bedroom Puglia trullo with pool sleeping up to 9 people, ideally located close to Alberobello, Ostuni and Martina Franca. This is the perfect spot to relax with family and friends. It's also ideally placed for those wishing to enjoy some sightseeing during their trip.

This is a spacious Puglia trullo, newly constructed but built around the ruins of an original trullo which dated back over 500 years. The owners have not spared any expense during the construction and furnishing of the property and the result is a stunning space to stay in this beautiful part of Italy. The accommodation is arranged within two separate buildings.

As you enter the first Puglia trullo, you will immediately come into an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is small but stylish and is well equipped with everything you could need during your stay including a small oven, gas hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and half sized dishwasher. There is also a wall mounted TV however we find most guests rarely use it!! There is also a table seating six and a small seating area with sofa. Doors lead from this living area to the garden and pool area.

Also in this main Puglia trullo are 2 double bedrooms. The first of these has a kingsize bed, stone shelving, bedside cabinets and patio doors opening out into the gardens. The second bedroom here has twin beds and bedside cabinets. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The bathroom is stylish and contemporary.

A covered verandah at this Puglia trullo provides comfortable seating for up to 9 people outside, the ideal spot to enjoy a bite to eat at breakfast time or a pre dinner drink. There is both a formal dining table and chairs here as well as more relaxed, comfortable sofas and seating.

The adjoining Puglia trullo is accessed from a separate entrance. This has a second open plan living and kitchen area, bedroom and bathroom with shower, bidet, washbasin and toilet. Again, the kitchen here is equipped with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and coffee making facilities. And again, there is a TV in this room should you need one. A storage area to the right of this room provides plenty of space for suitcases and luggage however there are also wardrobes in the double bedroom which also boasts a kingsize bed. Ladders lead up to bunk beds above should guests want to use them. This would allow the property to sleep up to 10 guests in total but these beds are not suitable for young children.

For those who are holidaying together but still crave independence, there is another covered verandah for this trullo, enjoying views of the pool and gardens.

The last bedroom is in a third Puglia trullo, again adjacent to the main trullo but accessed via a separate entrance. This is the smallest of the three trulli, but is a cosy area ideal for adults or teenagers. There is a double bed here with wall mounted TV, some comfortable seating and a modern wet room. There is also a small kitchenette in this trullo with hob, fridge and sink.

Finally, there is a fourth bedroom area accessed externally. This is a tiny room but does have a sofa bed and a wet room style bathroom with WC, sink and shower. Hanging space is provided from the ceiling.

Each trullo has polished concrete floors throughout.

There is also an external washroom at this Puglia trullo equipped with washing machine and additional fridge / freezer.

Your first glimpse of this Puglia trullo will be via the long entrance drive. Private gardens sit to the right of the trullo, filled with fruit and olive trees. Through secure electric gates sits a car port, accommodating up to 4 vehicles. There is a stunning swimming pool (11m x 5m and 1.2m deep). Please note that the pool is open from 1 May to 30 September each year.

The owners have cleverly designed stone sun beds around the pool, adorned with comfortable cushions and parasols. There are plenty of covered areas outside to escape from the heat of the sun, as well as an outdoor shower. A covered pergola at the top of the garden has clearly been designed under an Asian influence. Away from the main pool area, it's a quieter space, ideal for those who want to read their book in peace or even to doze in one of the hammocks. Another verandah is furnished with contemporary grey and white rattan seating.

For those who like cooking al fresco, there is also a large stone BBQ with outdoor lighting at this Puglia trullo, ideal for entertaining with family and friends.

The property is air conditioned throughout.

This Puglia trullo is situated in the Valle d'Itria, ideally located close to Alberobello, Ostuni, Locorotondo, Carovigno and Martina Franca. For beach lovers, there are a number of superb beaches within an easy drive. Here you can laze on the sand or enjoy water sports including snorkelling or boat trips.
