Villa Spiaggia is a stunning, contemporary, luxury Beachfront Puglia villa. Recently renovated, it is filled with stylish furnishings and has been equipped with the latest 21st century technology including sound insulation and energy performance control. You're just a few metres from some of Puglia's finest sandy beaches but you also have your very own heated pool with massage jets to enjoy (4m x 2.5 metres) as well as a sauna and Turkish bath.

Inside this beachfront Puglia villa, there are six bedrooms, all boasting ensuite bathrooms. Three of these are on the lower floor of the house, accessed from the garden. The first of these bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and also has a fully equipped kitchenette. The second also has a double bed whilst the third has two single beds that can be joined together if required. The lower floor is also where you will also find the sauna and Turkish bath (available for guests to use for a small additional fee).

The other three bedrooms are arranged over the first and second floors of this beachfront Puglia villa, accessed via stairs leading from the living space. All these bedrooms are furnished with comfortable kingsize beds, all have ensuite bathrooms (two with showers and one with bath tub) and all have balconies with sea views. Two of these bedrooms are equipped with minibars whilst the third has a kitchenette with induction hob, fridge / freezer and coffee machine.

The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is a good size and leads out onto a covered terrace with outdoor dining table. The living space is luxurious and stylish with Amura Design seating and sofas as well as a dining table seating up to 12 guests comfortably. The kitchen is sleek and contemporary with an island unit where you will find both induction and gas hobs. All the other appliances you could wish for are also provided.

Outside, I can promise you that you will never tire of the incredible sea views that this beachfront Puglia villa enjoys. These stretch 180 degrees up and down this stretch of the Salento coastline. Enjoy them from your private swimming pool on the main terrace or on one of the balconies that lead from the interior bedrooms. The main terrace has wooden decking and is furnished with sun loungers and tables allowing you to sit and make the most of the incredible sunsets. Shade is also provided should you wish it.

Please note that, for those needing to work during your stay, the house is equipped with optical fibre WIFI. Should guests wish for the pool to be heated, this is an extra fee.

This beachfront Puglia villa is situated just a few metres from the beach of the Baia Verde of Gallipoli, across a narrow road which is now a limited traffic zone. Here you will find the sea perfect for swimming in from April through to late October. There are both paid and free beaches to enjoy. It's an easy walk or bike ride into the centre of Gallipoli where you'll find a selection of shops and restaurants but for those who are bringing a car with them, there is parking at the rear of the villa.
