The property is equipped with everything you should need, but for those who want a night off cooking, there is a restaurant just 200 metres away.

Inside, this Sicily beach villa boasts a delightful living area with large floor to ceiling windows that open directly onto the terrace. This is adjacent to the kitchen area which is modern and well equipped.

There are also two double bedrooms, both with ensuite shower rooms. One of the bedrooms also has the option of an extra bed allowing the property to sleep up to five guests in total. (Please note that rates are based on four people staying at this Sicily beach villa. A fifth guest is charged at an additional 50 euros per night.)nnOutside, there is a spacious terrace. Covered areas provide shade from the heat of the sun and there are plenty of different seating options for you to choose from including sun loungers, comfortable outdoor sofas and chairs, a dining table and deckchairs.

Please note that should guests wish to use them, a two seater canoe or stand up paddle board is available to rent at this Sicily beach villa. These costs 40 euros per day or 200 euros for the week. These costs can be paid locally in cash. Pets are welcome but are charged at an extra 100 euros per pet per week.
