This 2 bedroom Sicily villa is set on a large plot with spacious gardens and private pool. The house is within walking distance of the seafront, a restaurant and bar but is entirely private thanks to its entirely fenced plot adorned with vines. It's a setting that is both peaceful and lively at the same time.

Inside, this 2 bedroom Sicily villa is laid out over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen has sleek white units and a rectangular window above the sink allows whoever is chef for the day to watch those by the pool. A dining table seats four and there are also comfortable sofas on which to relax. Please note that one of these is a sofa bed allowing the property to sleep up to 6 in total. The overall feel is modern and welcoming. There is also a bathroom on this floor.

A flight of stairs leads to the first floor of this 2 bedroom Sicily villa where there are two double bedrooms and another bathroom.

Outside, the gardens are well tended and provide plenty of space in which to relax. Three covered terraces provide some welcome shade from the heat of the sun whilst a BBQ area is the perfect place to cook up an evening meal.
