Villa Lux is an absolutely stunning villa, beautifully furnished throughout and set in an incredible position just 50 metres from the sandy beaches of Sicily. Guests also enjoy use of a private pool which can be heated on request for an additional charge.

Inside, the house is laid out over 2 levels. As guests enter the property they come into a stunning open plan living, dining and kitchen area. This is a beautiful room. The owners clearly have an eye for design and have used a clever pallette of shades of green beige, white and charcoal to create a modern but warm and welcoming space. Furniture is high end and the overall effect is the creation of a stunning space, a real home from home. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you could need including a built in oven and microwave and gas hob. Also on this floor are 3 bedrooms all with ensuite shower rooms. Two of the rooms have double beds whilst the third has two single beds, ideal for children. Each of the bedrooms has its own unique style and character and all provide a relaxing place to retire to at the end of a busy day. On the first floor there are 2 further double bedrooms, both with en suite shower rooms and accessed via an external staircase. Please note that all bedrooms have air conditioning.

The villa is perfectly positioned just 50 metres from the nearest sandy beach at Santa Maria del Focallo. The centre of the town with its range of shops, bars and restaurants is a kilometre away and is a short drive away.
