Villa Cefalu is an old 3 bedroom Sicilian farmhouse which has been completely renovated and transformed into an inviting holiday rental in Sicily. The property remains its original rustic spirit, in keeping with its rural location. This villa is located in Collesano in northern Sicily, close to the famous coastal town of Cefalu.
Outside, elevated above the house, there is a swimming pool (8 metres x 4 metres) and sun deck. To the front of Villa Cefalu is a shaded patio area, furnished with sofas. This enjoys fantastic views over the surrounding countryside and mountains. To the other side of the house, is an al fresco dining area.
Inside, the decor is an eclectic mix of antique and more rustic furnishings. The overall feel is homely and inviting.
Villa Cefalu can accommodate up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a double bed. And the third bedroom has a double bed as well as a second double bed on a mezzanine level above. All bedrooms have lovely French windows looking out onto the wonderful countryside beyond.
The house also boasts a lovely living room with fireplace and an open plan kitchen and dining area. These rooms also have plenty of natural light thanks to large windows.
Please note that water consumption is included up to 15,000 litres per week. Any additional usage will be charged at 50 euros per 5000 litres. Energy consumption is included up to 140 kWh per week. Any additional usage will be charged on departure at a rate of 0.40 euros per kWh. For stays of a week or more, the property will be cleaned mid way through your stay free of charge. Should you need a cot or highchair during your stay at Villa Cefalu, this costs 40 euros per week. Please note that there is an option waste collection service of 50 euros per stay. Please note that if garbage is left in the villa at the end of your stay, this will automatically be charged.
The villa is just a few minutes drive from the town of Cefalu. Here visitors will find some fascinating UNESCO World Heritage sites as well as some superb beaches.
