Villa Altavita is beautiful villa in Tuscany which has been recently renovated to an extremely high standard. The interior is refined and elegant, classical and yet modern in style. The property can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably in 5 stunning bedrooms. Outside, there is a private pool and wonderful gardens for guests to enjoy.

Inside Villa Altavita, there are 5 stunning bedrooms. One of these bedrooms is on the ground floor whilst the others are all on the first floor of the property. All have kingsize beds and elegant ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom also has the addition of a large double jacuzzi in its ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom also has ample storage in built in wardrobes. Please note that 2 air mattresses can be provided on request for small children if required. Please ask for more details.

The villa also boasts a stunning living area and extremely well equipped kitchen. The double lounge with fireplace, formal dining area and gourmet kitchen all provide the perfect setting to relax and entertain friends and family. Doors lead out from the living areas to the outside space. Here, a paved seating area provides the most perfect views across to the pool to the Tuscan countryside beyond. It's the perfect spot for an aperitivo or evening dinner.

Outside, Villa Altavita is surrounded by the vineyards, olive groves and rolling hills of the Chianti region of Tuscany. There is a wet edge saltwater infinity pool measuring 16 x 5 metres, with wide, full length steps providing access. Plenty of loungers and parasols are provided on the terrace adjacent to the pool area. Please note that the pool can be heated on request for an additional charge of 1500 euros per week.

When required, central heating is also an additional charge.

There is plenty of parking for up to 4 cars.

Villa Altavita is situated less than 10 minutes from both Montespertoli and Certaldo. It's also just 30 minutes drive from San Gimignano and 50 minutes from both Florence and Siena.
