This Tuscany farmhouse is set over four levels. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. One of these bathrooms has a shower whilst the other has a bathtub. A set of stairs lead to a lower floor. Here, guests will find a stunning indoor heated pool, complete with poolside bar and living area. There is also an additional double bedroom and bathroom here. This room enjoys direct access to the garden.

Interior stairs lead from the garden to the first floor of this Tuscany farmhouse. Here you will find a large living room divided in two with sofas and focal fireplace. Two double bedrooms on this floor both have ensuite shower rooms.

A final staircase leads from the entrance hall to the top floor of the villa. Here there is a small living room and turret with a double bedroom and ensuite bathroom. This enjoys 360 degree views of the surrounding countryside.

A private footpath takes you from this Tuscany farmhouse to the village of Panzano in between Siena and Florence. This is 900 metres away. The nearest Golf Club is the Dante Alighieri Golf and Country Club which is 13 km away. The Ugolino Golf club is just slightly further on (20 km).
