Two of these rooms have double beds whilst a third can be laid out as either a double or twin room. Please note that one of the bedrooms on the first floor has access to another room which is equipped with two single beds. The layout can work well for a family with children or for a group of children to sleep in the same room. All the bedrooms are also equipped with wall mounted TVs. The decor is modern in style throughout.

There are tables and chairs for outdoor dining as well as plenty of loungers for relaxation.

Please note that electricity consumption is included for usage up to 200 KW. Any additional usage is payable locally on departure at a rate of 0.45 euros per KW. A security deposit of 800 euros must also be paid in cash on arrival but is refunded on departure upon the property being left in satisfactory condition. A final cleaning fee of 250 euros is also payable on arrival. A complimentary clean is provided mid way through your stay for stays of a week or more.

On a clear day, it is even possible to see the towers of San Gimignano and Volterra from the garden of the house.
