Villa Sophia is a beautiful villa, nestled in the hills overlooking the coast of Tuscany. On a clear day, the views from the property are incredible stretching across to the cliffs of Corisca. The location in the tranquil village of Corsanico, is ideal for those looking for a holiday home in the countryside whilst still being close to the sea and to important cities such as Lucca (30km), Pisa (30km), Pistoia and the Cinque Terre (90km).

Inside the property measures 250 square metres. It has 4 bedrooms (two of which have ensuite bathrooms) as well as 4 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are twin rooms whilst the remaining bedrooms both have double beds. Please note that access is required through one of the bedrooms to reach another bedroom. However, a curtain has been positioned in order to provide privacy to those staying in this room. There is also a kitchen equipped with oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave and hob. There is an outdoor laundry room with washing machine. And finally there is a living room in the main villa. This is a lovely spacious room and is equipped with sofas as well as a dining table and chairs.

Outside, the property boasts a private pool (8.5 x 4.5 metres with a depth between 1.2 and 2 metres). However, for those that prefer the sea, the villa is just 10 kilometres from the popular seaside town of Viareggio. This is a vibrant town, with great beaches, plenty of excellent shops and restaurants and, for those who prefer a faster pace of life, some famous nightlife establishments. Viareggio also has a fantastic carnival every February which is well worth seeing if you fancy visiting off season.

The grounds of the property are extensive and measure approximately 1500 square metres. There is a lovely gazebo adjacent to the pool as well as a second gazebo at the property entrance. Areas are equipped for al fresco dining and there is a BBQ to allow you to cook outdoors as well.

The villa is fully fenced. There is parking on site.
