Villa Vertine is an elegant villa situated in the heart of Chianti Classico and can accommodate up to 10 people. It is surrounded by beautifully maintained lawns and has a private fenced swimming pool.

The centre of Vertine is a minute's walk away from the villa and it is 2.5 kilometres away from Gaiole in Chianti, which offers shops and services. It is perfectly situated for day trips to places such as Florence, Siena, Volterra and Lucca. The villa is surrounded by cypress trees and has amazing 365 degree views over the Chianti hills. In addition to the pool, there is a large covered area outside of the kitchen, which is equipped with a barbecue, a pizza oven and furniture. Parking is available on the property.

It has five bedrooms and six bathrooms and a laundry room.

On the ground floor there is a large open-plan living area with a kitchen and dining area. Behind the kitchen there is a separate dining room with a large wooden table. Patio doors open straight onto the shaded outdoor dining area. The laundry room and a bathroom with a shower are located three steps up from this area.

The first floor which is accessed by a 17-step staircase has a large living area, a double bedroom (which can be converted into a twin room), with an en-suite bathroom with bath, a further double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower and a final double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as patio doors leading to a small balcony and a few steps down to the pool area.
