The kitchen also boasts a microwave, freezer, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine. A large, fully functional fireplace provides a striking focal point to the room and can comfortably seat six. Also on this floor is a TV room with dining area. Doors from this room lead out to the courtyard where there is a large table seating up to 15 guests. Finally, there is a double bedroom on this floor which has an ensuite bathroom and also enjoys direct access to the garden. Another small bedroom with ensuite bathroom is ideal for a teenager. Upstairs, there are two further double bedrooms in this first apartment, both with ensuite bathrooms (one of which has a bath and the other a double shower).
