Villa Castellina is the most stunning, luxurious villa in Tuscany. Situated in the heart of the Chianti countryside, near Castellina in Chianti, it is furnished to an incredibly high standard, offering the guests the ultimate in luxury living. It originally dates back to the 18th century but has undergone a meticulous restoration period since the year 2000.

Inside Villa Castellina, the accommodation is laid out over three floors. On the ground floor, guests will find a stunning open plan kitchen, dining and living area. This is a gorgeous space, furnished in an elegant and contemporary style and offering the very best in luxury living. The lighting has been carefully considered as has the use of colour.

Also on this floor, there is a stunning bedroom. This is furnished with a kingsize bed. Please note that this room is wheelchair accessible as is the ensuite bathroom with shower.

The next seven bedrooms are on the first floor of the villa. Three of these have kingsize beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The next three have super king size beds (one of which can be converted to two single beds if you prefer) and also boast ensuite shower rooms. One of these rooms also has a private living area. The final bedroom on this floor has a small double bed suitable for one person (190 cm x 120 cm) and also boasts an ensuite shower room.

The remaining two bedrooms are on the second floor of Villa Castellina. Both have super king sized beds which can be converted to two single beds on request. Both have ensuite bathrooms with showers. One room also has a large walk-in wardrobe. These rooms share a living space with kitchenette.

Outside, Villa Castellina is surrounded by over 22 acres of beautiful countryside and rolling hills. A private swimming pool measuring 16 x 7 metres (depth from 70 cm to 2.5 metres) sits perched atop a hill to make the most of this stunning setting. Guests can relax by poolside taking in the views that stretch over the rolling hills, fields and vineyards to the historic town of Castellina in Chianti in the near distance. A poolside bar and kitchen completes this picture postcard setting.

Please note that guests will be expected to pay a security deposit of 20% of the cost of their stay on a credit card on arrival. This will be returned in full after departure upon the property being left in satisfactory condition.

Castellina in Chianti is the nearest town to Villa Castellina. This is approximately 6 km away and takes around 10 minutes to reach by car. Florence is around an hours drive from the villa, Siena and San Gimignano 40 minutes and Volterra 50 minutes. It is also possible to reach Pisa, Montepulciano and Montalcino in less than 90 minutes.
