This is a welcoming villa situated a few kilometres away from the famous city of Todi. It can accommodate 10 people and has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a swimming pool, a sun deck and stunning views.

It was originally a farmhouse and has been renovated in such a way that it has retained its ancient charm, having been furnished in a quality rustic style. There is a natural lawn set on different levels and in addition to the private pool, which is illuminated and open from 01/05 to 30/09, there is a sun deck, an outdoor shower, a movable barbecue, a wood-burning oven and a gazebo. Please note that access to the villa is via an unpaved road. However, it is in a good condition and parking is available at the property. On the ground floor of the villa there is a large living room, with fireplace and a dining area, a playroom, a kitchen and a bathroom (with bath). On the second floor there is a double bedroom with a bathroom (with bath), a double bedroom with a bathroom (with shower), a double bedroom with a four-poster bed and a further double bedroom with a four-poster bed and a bathroom (with bath and shower). In addition there is an additional bedroom with twin beds and a whirlpool bath. Please note that there are some compulsory additional fees. When required, heating is payable locally based on consumption. Electricity is charged at 0.45 euros per kWh and gas at 1.10 euros per cubic metre. There are also other optional services. Maid service is available on request at 15 euros. Pets are welcomed on request but there is an additional charge of 100 euros per week per animal. A cot can be provided for an additional 40 euros per week. All these additional fees are payable locally.

The villa sits in a tranquil location, with stunning views of the surrounding Umbrian hills and countryside. Shops, bars and restaurants are 4 kilometres away, there is a horse riding stable some 5 kilometres away and the city of Todi is 6 kilometres from the villa. It's also within easy reach of other key towns such as Perugia, Spoleto and Orvieto (which has a railway station with frequent connections to Rome). Assisi is 60 km away, Gubbio 80 km, Siena 155 km away, Rome 160 km and Florence 195 km away.
