Villa Umbria is an 8 bedroom Umbria villa situated near the pretty village of Molino Vitelli. Positioned on the Tuscany and Umbria border, it's the perfect location to explore both Italian regions. Guests enjoy a private infinity pool with wonderful views over the valley along with a tennis court.
Inside, Villa Umbria boasts 8 bedrooms. Four of these are furnished with double beds whilst the remaining four are equipped with 2 single beds. These 8 bedrooms share 6 bathrooms in total. Some rooms have ensuite bathrooms whilst other rooms share a bathroom between them.
There is also a large open plan living and dining area. A living area at one end of the house has wrap-a-round windows to make the most of the views of the surrounding garden. A dining area has a solid wooden table and there is a second smaller living room too. A well equipped kitchen has everything guests could need during their stay. Furnishings are traditional but tasteful throughout.
Outside, there are two outdoor seating areas, both ideal for al fresco dining. One is adjacent to the villa on a covered terrace. The second is adjacent to the pool area. The pool area is stunning and makes the most of the incredible views that this location boasts. Plenty of loungers are provided. A tennis court sits below the villa for guests' enjoyment. There is also a large BBQ for guests to use.
Please note that there may be some extra costs during your stay. These include tourist taxes, electricity, gas, bed linens and final cleaning. Air conditioning is available on request and as an additional charge based on usage. These extra costs typically cost between 5 and 10 euros per person per day but please ask for more details.

Other historic towns in both Tuscany and Umbria such Assisi, Arezzo, Cortona, Sansepolcro, Anghiari, Todi, Deruta, Spello, Gubbio and Orvieto are also easy to reach. Set in the heart of beautiful rural Umbria, it is also the perfect spot to enjoy activities such as truffle hunting, walking, wine tasting, yoga and cooking lessons.
