It can be found in the heart of the most beautiful and incredibly enchanting landscape in the area between Mount Sibillia, the Infernaccio Gorge and village of Montefortino.

The owners have spent a number of years painstakingly renovating the property, cleverly incorporating original architectural features with the best of modern design. The result is an incredibly successful transformation from its original use as a watchtower into the luxury, romantic hideaway you see today.

The property is situated on the ground floor of the property. Inside, there is a living room with rollaway kitchen area leading to a lush courtyard overlooking the mountains beyond. There is a sofa bed in this room should it be needed. There is also a spacious double bedroom and bathroom.

Outside, beautiful gardens await guests at this Marche apartment rental. The outside space has been just as carefully designed and is filled with paths and trails that lead to some incredibly breathtaking viewpoints. There are even a number of modern art installations dotted throughout the estate as well as an amphitheatre (the perfect spot to plan that surprise proposal if you're planning on popping the question during your stay!) nnGuests staying at this Marche apartment rental also enjoy use of a swimming pool (8m x 3m and 140cm deep), shared with the residents in the other apartment that is also on site. There is also a hot tub and there are plenty of other activities to enjoy including table tennis and pool.

Please note that when required, there is a charge of 150 euros per week for heating. Should guests wish for additional cleaning during their stay at this Marche apartment rental, this is available at a rate of 20 euros per hour. Should it be required, a change of linen can be provided at a cost of 15 euros per person.
