Mum and Child Yoga Retreats

Suitable for Mums and children up to 10 years of age, these breaks truly offer the chance to enjoy complete wellness and relaxation, combined with the opportunity to make life-long friends, all in the stunning surroundings that Tuscany provides.
Your children will be well looked after and cared for and there is plenty to entertain them, whatever their age. On certain breaks, we even enjoy the presence of a primary school teacher. She will ensure that the children have the opportunity to learn in a fun and entertaining environment. As a qualified art and dance teacher, she will also make sure that they really tap into their creative side.
All meals are included in the cost of your stay (including wine) and a complimentary afternoon cookery class is also offered. The recipes you will learn during your stay with us have been passed down from generation to generation. All our food is sourced locally (for example, all our eggs come from our neighbours’ chickens) not just because it’s more healthy and tasty, but also because it ensures we lower our carbon footprint.
The retreats also include two yoga classes per day along with a complimentary massage for the ultimate in relaxation. In addition, you will enjoy a trip to the market at Anghiari for a chance to buy some souvenirs as a reminder of your stay as well as gifts for loved ones back home. The latter will also be combined with lunch at a local olive mill. And finally, what better way to learn about the local culture than eating with a local family.
These retreats perfectly mix healthy food with wine, massage treatments, fitness and great company. Combined with entertainment for the little ones, we ensure a happy holiday for both Mum and Child. By submerging yourself in the culture, you’ll enjoy an insider experience of real Tuscan life, meeting the locals and enjoying authentic Tuscan food. Prices are £800 in a double room with ensuite bathroom, or £700 for a double bedroom with shared bathroom. All meals (including wine), classes and trips are included in the cost. For those who require it, babysitting is on offer during all classes. Transfers from either Perugia airport or from the train station in Arezzo are also included.
